LEAD Alliance is an alliance laying the groundwork for the new homes and spaces communities need and leave a legacy of better urban development.

As the Planning Engineer you will report to the Programme Lead. You will have joint responsibility to build and manage part of the master programme and associated reporting, escalation, and change control.

What you will be doing:

• Provide guidance to delivery teams on productivity and sequencing.
• Produce high level cashflow forecasting and earned value analysis.
• Clearly and concisely communicate programme logic, milestone movements, critical and near critical paths from the master programme.
• Work closely with the Area managers within design, construction, and Kãinga Ora teams
• Develop forward workload programmes.
• Foresee and address delays in programme

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous programming experience within construction project.
• Preferably Primavera P6 programming and competent with MS Project.
• Experience maintaining programme updates and data.
• Experience with large complex programmes of work.
• Ability to interrogate, drive and challenge programme, construction and design.
• Able to maintain effective networks and key relationships.
